They will surprise you! The shrimp pommodoro pasta is amazing. I don't wander from it. But my dining companions have 'toured the world' with many other selections.
Have you been here? You may be what make this a natural choice on a Friday at dinner. -

Dropped in after a bit of shopping to try something new. This is a great hidden gem on the 2nd floor of Nordstrom and a nice change from the food court. Not very crowded, I had my pick of seats. I settled on the Bistro Clubwith fries. It was delicious! The chicken was juicy and perfectly sliced, bacon crisp and correct toasting on the bread. Those shoestring fries had some type of garlic basil seasoning and were amazingly good. Service was attentive and friendly. I definitely list this as a repeater place to visit when shopping. Enjoy!

Yum, yum, what a find! Went shopping at The Galleria with my daughter for her 23rd birthday and happened upon this restaurant in Nordstrom's for lunch. Who knew a cafe inside a department store could be so good? I had a delicious Roasted Chicken and Goat Cheese Panini with a side salad and my daughter had a French Dip with french fries. A definite step up from other local lunch places. I ate every bite! My server, Harry, was kind and attentive. I hope to be waited on by him again the next time I dine at this cafe.

I vaguely remember a time when it seemed that a lot of large, fine department stores had a restaurant in the store. Sadly, as with most things, times have changed and that tradition is a thing of the past. However, leave it to the great people at Nordstrom to keep this tradition alive with the Cafe Bistro.
At the Bistro, you order and pay at the register at the entrance, then you are seated and waited on at your table. The food is really good and is served fast. The menu offers a good variety of sandwiches, salads, entrees and desserts. If you get the fries here, make sure you get the kalamata olive sauce. It's delicious!
Yesterday i came here for lunch and had the chicken and angel hair pasta. It was very good. There was, a delay in the complimentary bread but it was good when it arrived. The service was also good, however i wished that i could have been offered the bread rather than having to ask a hostess if they had some, and then being told it was in the oven. It would have been nice to be told that earlier in the process. I'm just saying.
Nonetheless, check out the Bistro the next time you're at the Galleria getting your shop on and want something other than the normal mall fare. -

Convenient, quiet and a great place to eat and actually have a conversation. Whew. Not easy to find in the restaurant field!
Ate lunch here and then met friends there, and it's so good.
